The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Enneagrams are two examples of self reporting tests related to Jungian typology. Their use is limited because they rely on people's understanding of themselves, and do not measure micro-reactions.
Focus Groups often use a very basic form of word association. The sole focus is on the type of association certain demographics have with words around products. There is no timing, no monitoring of micro-reactions. And they do not follow Jung's technique.
A slimmed down Word Association is still used in higher education, but without utilizing the full Jungian protocol. Analyzing the original test is tricky, making in-depth teaching difficult. Few outside the Jungian community have adequate training.
